Department of Psychiatry Grand Rounds: Topic: ‘Structure and Function of Psychiatry Emergency Services”

At the conclusion of this Grand Rounds presentation the attendees will be able to: (1) Define Psychiatry Emergency Service (PES), (2) Examples of when PES is used as a general strategy in evaluating patients, (3) Explain the Function of PES, (4) Discuss Gatekeeper Functions; (5) Identify Continuity of Care, (6) Discuss Community Benefits; (7) Describe the Training/Research, etc.
