Flipping the Classroom is another modality utilized in an organization fashion for self-directed learning. Students are not yet comfortable as lifelong learners and are unsure of how to proceed. This framework gives them suggested ideas they can utilize throughout their career. The first portion of the workshop will discuss Bloom’s Taxonomy as a paradigm shift in education. They will storyboard six strategies for faculty to consider as they organize a lecture in the flip format. Utilizing “C3B4Me” is a technique to encourage self-directed learning.
