When you walk into the clinic, make a left turn and take the elevator on your right.

When you arrive, please wear a mask, bring a personal identification (driver’s license or state ID), and a form of insurance, IF you have them, to the front desk.

We welcome walk-ins, however, patients with appointments will be seen first.
